Ostmark adds a second oven

Ostmark has commissioned a second deck oven at the production bakery in Pittsburgh and is hiring a second overnight crew. The bakery now bakes seven nights a week.

Ostmark is the smallest business in our portfolio by revenue and one of the most consistent. It has grown roughly fifteen percent a year for nine years, hired carefully, and paid down its original debt. We are happy to be a part of it.
