How Barlow works
We invest from a single fund and hold most of our positions for a decade or more. We do not lead headlines, syndicate widely, or measure ourselves by deal count.
We work with founders and operators we know. Most companies in the portfolio came to us through someone we have invested with before. We expect to be the first call when things are working and when they are not. Our partners sit on most boards, and we are comfortable owning businesses that grow slowly, predictably, and with discipline.
