Okra Health

Okra is the system of record for independent oncology practices. It covers scheduling, infusion, intake, prior authorization, and revenue cycle. The product is designed for clinics that have been pressured for years by both the hospital systems that want to acquire them and the legacy software vendors that overcharge them.

Okra is now used in 240 clinics across thirty-one states. Most of those clinics are small—two to fifteen physicians, a few hundred patients on active treatment at any given time. They are the kind of practice that matters enormously to the people they treat and that has not, until recently, been particularly well served by software.

We led Okra's Series A in 2020. Marit Sondhi sits on the board, and the firm has invested in every subsequent round.
